Production of hydraulic cable winches with a force from 5 kN to 150 kN.

Winches (pulling devices) are intended for pulling the cable underground: in a ditch, in trenches, in wells, in cable sewer pipes, as well as for the installation of overhead transmission and fiber optic lines.

The winch capstan is equipped with two wheels with grooves that transfer the pulling force to the cable and pull it. The receiving drum is not used to pull the cable, which gives the following advantages: the speed of pulling in does not depend on the amount of cable and cable wound on the drum, the grooves correspond to the diameter of the cable, thanks to which the cable does not wear out and its service life is not shortened, and the capstan drums have been subjected heat treatment and also are not subject to quick wear. The cable on the take-up drum is stored under tension.

The automatic cable laying system arranges it freely. Maintaining and attaching the cable to the take-up reel is simple and reliable. Pulling force and speed on the capstan are constant. The device automatically maintains the maximum set pulling force and when it is reached its value will not be exceeded. Simple controls. Accurate and careful (safe) cable pulling. The main parameters of the winch for cable installation: maximum pulling force, pulling speed at maximum load and maximum pulling speed.
