Pullback force measuring devices
We sell Pullback Force measuring devices: 5kN; 100kN, 250kN, 500kN; 1000kN
A pullback force measuring device records the forces occurring in the process of pulling in the PE pipe mainly in HDD technology.
Static forces are recorded, longitudinally extending the pipe, occurring behind the reamer, as well as the pressure of the bentonite drilling fluid in the rock mass (circumferential compressive forces). After entering the basic parameters of the pipe being installed, the program automatically determines its critical strength. Comparing the strength with the recorded data from the measuring device, a graph is generated illustrating the entire pulling process. In addition, “as installed” executive documentation is generated, taking into account all of the above parameters, which should be provided to the contracting authority.
In addition, the estimated potential drilling length, pulling time and other information can be read from the graph.
Based on such data, operators have an orientation on what is happening in the ground, thanks to which they gain even more experience, which brings better results during subsequent challenging jobs.
